Security Systems Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Systems Developer to design, develop, and evaluate information system security throughout the entire development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications to ensure secure design and maintenance against NIST and OWASP standards
• Lead secure code reviews and perform risk analysis to develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct security reviews, recommend changes, and develop detailed security design documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET
• Deep expertise in information security systems engineering principles, specifically NIST SP 800-160
• Strong understanding of network security architecture and secure application development methodologies
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance
