Security Team Leader

Job Summary

Leading security operations remotely, the full-time Security Team Leader will manage Tier 3 back-end support activities, ensure compliance and endpoint protection, and enhance the security posture of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security-related support activities within Tier 3 back-end support and engineering operations
• Coordinate endpoint protection, permissions, device security, and local security configurations
• Support security compliance, reporting, audit response, and operational implementation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong experience in enterprise security operations or security compliance functions
• Knowledge of security reporting, audit support, and endpoint security tools
• Desired certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or ITIL
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
