Security Tech Lead
Job Summary
To drive the development of a cutting-edge, AI-enabled Security Modular Platform, the remote, long-term contract Security Tech Lead will lead and mentor software engineers, architect security capabilities, and influence technical decisions across engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineers while remaining hands-on in code and design
- Drive code reviews and ensure engineering best practices are followed
- Design and enhance security platform features, including authentication and authorization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in a technical or team leadership role
- Deep hands-on experience with Java and/or Node.js
- Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud-native platforms
- Security engineering background, including IAM, RBAC, and secrets management
