Security Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

As the first Security Technical Program Manager in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will manage the integration of security engineering across detection and response, corporate security, and product security, while driving program strategy and execution within a rapidly scaling organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the security program's strategy, priorities, and progress to the broader business
• Shape the procurement and implementation of new security tools to enhance the security stack
• Serve as a liaison between security engineers and product engineers, translating security requirements and risks into actionable terms

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager embedded with a security team
• Solid grounding in computer engineering fundamentals with the ability to engage deeply on technical details
• Proven track record of defining and communicating technical programs to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong prioritization and backlog management skills
• Experience operating as a trusted liaison between specialized teams and a large engineering organization
