Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Plan, research, and draft user documentation for complex products
- Enhance technical writing methodologies, procedures, and quality objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in technical documentation
- Experience in developing use cases/test cases and participating in testing
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into documentation
- Experience working with process engineers to document new procedures
- Portfolio showing instructional manuals, software installs, customer portals, architecture
