Security Vendor Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing vendor onboarding and procurement workflows, the full-time remote Security Vendor Specialist will manage contract administration, financial tracking, and performance optimization while ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines
• Draft and oversee Statements of Work (SOWs) for various teams, ensuring accurate workflow routing and approvals
• Track purchase orders and manage financial oversight, including budget planning and reporting on vendor spend

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in data centers or high-tech environments is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
