Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy in a full-time capacity, the Security Vice President will manage AI security initiatives, oversee security engineering and operations, and ensure enterprise trust while collaborating closely with senior leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and identity models
• Lead security engineering teams to drive secure practices across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec
• Oversee enterprise trust initiatives and security compliance for fundraising and customer engagements

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering practices
• Proven experience in building new security functions from the ground up
• Ability to effectively communicate with executive teams and manage enterprise security reviews
• Experience with corporate IT governance, including identity management and SaaS administration
