Job Summary
Leading the design and operation of advanced vulnerability management and threat-detection capabilities, the full-time remote Security Vulnerability Engineer will configure data pipelines, develop detection systems, and provide technical leadership to enhance security solutions across mission-critical environments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities while developing detection logic and analytics
- Design and implement systems for analyzing large volumes of security telemetry and threat intelligence data
- Lead security engineering projects focused on detection, vulnerability analytics, and emerging technologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in security engineering, vulnerability management, or detection engineering
- U.S. citizenship required; must be willing to undergo a U.S. Government background investigation
- Hands-on experience with security analytics, detection frameworks, and scripting/automation (Python)
- Experience with large-scale data stores and retrieval-based analysis architectures for security use cases
- Advanced query and detection engineering skills, with experience in model evaluation and deployment
