Required qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in television news, sports programming, or live broadcast production
- Proven experience in pitching, developing, and producing live reporter packages and guest segments
- Strong understanding of broadcast production workflows and newsroom operations
- Experience working under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment
