Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Leader Market Segments (Trading/IPPS) to build and scale its presence across strategic segments in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and build segment-specific value propositions
  • Own segment-level ARR targets, pipeline health, and drive new logo acquisition
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives and align with Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in B2B enterprise or complex solution sales, preferably in energy or analytics
  • Proven experience in building new markets or segments
  • Demonstrated success selling to power traders, renewable developers, or consulting firms
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Comfort operating in matrixed organizations with shared ownership
