Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Leader Market Segments (Trading/IPPS) to build and scale its presence across strategic segments in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market strategies and build segment-specific value propositions
- Own segment-level ARR targets, pipeline health, and drive new logo acquisition
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives and align with Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B enterprise or complex solution sales, preferably in energy or analytics
- Proven experience in building new markets or segments
- Demonstrated success selling to power traders, renewable developers, or consulting firms
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Comfort operating in matrixed organizations with shared ownership
