Selerix Case Builder Specialist

Job Summary

Motivated to succeed, the full-time remote Selerix Case Builder Specialist will build and configure complex Selerix enrollment cases, implement advanced case structures, and support Open Enrollment processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure complex Selerix enrollment cases, including multi-plan benefit structures and eligibility rules
• Implement advanced case structures and support Open Enrollment and mid-year implementations within the Selerix platform
• Test and validate builds to ensure accurate enrollment functionality and maintain payroll export files and data mappings

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Selerix platform experience
• Demonstrated experience building complex Selerix cases and configuring payroll export files
• Experience working with carrier connections and data feeds
• Strong understanding of benefit plan configuration and enrollment workflows
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment cycles
