Job Summary

Providing a positive customer service experience, the full-time Self Pay Representative will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and financial information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and messages, utilizing an automated phone system and other communication modes
  • Place outbound calls and send messages to provide financial information and work toward balance resolution
  • Collaborate with team members and resources to effectively resolve issues and consistently meet performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of related experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent communication skills
