Job Summary

To drive strategic project initiatives, the full-time Self Service AI Consultant will manage the design, development, and testing of customized self-service IVR and AI-driven bot applications while collaborating with technical teams and clients across North Carolina, Georgia, or Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project initiatives and participate in customer workshops to design call flows using best practices
  • Independently design, develop, and maintain IVRs, NLU intent-based bots, and routing applications for various interactions
  • Lead the SS&AI team delivery and create accurate development effort estimates in collaboration with project managers
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/MS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience with commercial IVR applications, routing, and bots, along with development experience in relevant tools
  • 5+ years of experience working with voice and/or digital bots on platforms like Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex
  • Demonstrated understanding of generative and agentic AI tools
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, effectively handling difficult situations and providing client consulting
