Job Summary
As a remote full-time Seller Customer Experience Agent, the successful candidate will advocate for the seller community by resolving issues related to payments, order disputes, and platform navigation while becoming an expert in Whatnot's tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with sellers to understand their unique needs and pressures in running a resale business
- Resolve seller issues with high quality and urgency, focusing on payments, payouts, and order disputes
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot complex seller escalations and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Weekend availability required
- Active or former Whatnot seller strongly preferred
- Support experience in handling email and/or chat, ideally for sellers or merchants
- Hands-on understanding of reseller operations such as sourcing, listing, and fulfillment
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
