Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seller Onboarding Specialist to enhance the seller experience and manage seller integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers on the Marketplace
- Provide Tier 2 Business Support during seller integration and manage escalations
- Build relationships with sellers and support the launches of new program categories and features
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 1 year of business experience preferred
- High competency in Microsoft Visio or other process definition tools
- Understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication XML and Webservices
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with external customer interaction preferred
