Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seller Onboarding Specialist to enhance the seller experience and manage seller integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers on the Marketplace
  • Provide Tier 2 Business Support during seller integration and manage escalations
  • Build relationships with sellers and support the launches of new program categories and features
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 1 year of business experience preferred
  • High competency in Microsoft Visio or other process definition tools
  • Understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication XML and Webservices
  • Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with external customer interaction preferred
