Job Summary
Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time SEM Analyst will manage and optimize client advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads, collaborating with internal teams to analyze performance and drive measurable results in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns, including conducting keyword research and analysis
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Collaborate with Account Managers for client reporting and strategy discussions, providing actionable recommendations based on performance analysis
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, specifically in paid search
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency setting
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is a plus
