Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Semantic Data Modeler with AI and ontology expertise, the full-time remote position will design and govern enterprise semantic models to ensure data consistency, interoperability, and AI readiness while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate complex business concepts into structured models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and govern enterprise semantic data models defining business entities, attributes, and relationships
• Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and semantic model designs aligned with enterprise data architecture
• Establish governance practices for ontology and semantic modeling, including versioning, naming standards, and data quality rules

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related data management roles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing logical, physical, and semantic data models
• Strong understanding of semantic modeling concepts and ontology representation
• Experience with semantic web standards such as RDF, OWL, and SPARQL
• Familiarity with knowledge graph concepts and cloud-based data platforms like Azure or Snowflake
