Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain technical training curricula for semiconductor service engineers
• Translate complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems into clear learning paths
• Develop e-learning modules using an LMS and authoring tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical curriculum development or e-learning
• Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or software/controls
• Hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical systems
• LMS and content management experience
