Senior Ab Initio Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ab Initio Developer to oversee and drive a critical Ab Initio upgrade project for a leading healthcare provider in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical execution of the Ab Initio platform upgrade and perform impact analysis on existing components
• Execute hands-on development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of Ab Initio graphs and components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Op, EME, and Control Center
• Experience with environment compatibility assessments and supporting Ab Initio version upgrades
• Strong experience with DB2 and PostgreSQL, including data integration and ETL design patterns
• Proficient in UNIX/Linux shell scripting and familiar with CI/CD processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
