Job Summary
Seeking a strategic Senior ABM Manager to lead and elevate the account-based marketing practice in a full-time remote role, responsible for defining ABM vision, mentoring a team, and measuring performance impact across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and establish Elastic's ABM vision, playbooks, and governance across various account engagement strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers while serving as an internal ABM evangelist to educate stakeholders
- Oversee the ABM team's performance metrics, including account engagement and revenue contribution, while communicating impact to the business
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a fast-paced enterprise software environment
- Proven track record in building ABM frameworks and centers of excellence
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a distributed team
- Deep expertise with ABM platforms and the broader martech stack
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into business outcomes
