Senior Absence Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Absence Consultant - Paid Family Medical Leave - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in finalist meetings and capabilities meetings to present absence and Paid Family Medical Leave solutions
• Develops relationships within the broker network and collaborates with Distribution to create competitor-specific sales strategies
• Acts as primary support for the RFP team and reviews non-standard claim administration requests

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Paid Family and Medical Leave
• High school diploma required
