Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
- Manage relationships with prospective students and families from initial contact through enrollment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success in selling premium or high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
