Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Manage relationships with prospective students and families throughout the enrollment process
- Close deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot
- Experience with data reporting and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
