Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success in selling premium or high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
