Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
  • Proven success in selling premium or high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
