Job Summary
Driven by a strong ownership mindset, the remote Senior Academic Advisor will lead consultative calls with prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions process, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through inbound sales while ensuring a positive enrollment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Own relationships with prospective students from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a smooth experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with experience maintaining clean data
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
