Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Academic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials across various formats
• Train and mentor junior Academic Designers on content development and project guidelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project workflows and maintain communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in literacy curriculum development focused on Grades K-2
• Teaching experience is preferred, with the ability to create content for diverse classroom settings
• Strong organizational skills and ability to mentor others while addressing team concerns
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital authoring systems
