Senior Academic Designer, Dual Literacy

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging educational content, the remote Senior Academic Designer specializing in Dual Literacy TK-8 will plan and create culturally responsive materials for teacher and student resources, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and market requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop instructional content and activities for print, digital, and media projects
• Conduct quality assurance testing of educational assets and collaborate with team members on project progress
• Correlate educational materials to national and state standards while producing high-quality, error-free products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education or Spanish Language Arts Education, with native Spanish-speaking ability preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in elementary product development
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Language Arts standards and experience in developing aligned learning experiences
• Experience with digital curriculum development tools and content management systems
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
