Senior Academic Designer Literacy Primary Grades

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Academic Designer, Literacy/Primary Grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to junior Academic Designers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish workflows and maintain project communication

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education, literacy, linguistics, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in literacy curriculum development focusing on Grades K-2
• Subject matter expertise in foundational literacy skills
• Teaching experience is advantageous
• Experience building accessible content in digital authoring systems is a plus
