Senior Access Associate

Job Summary

To support patient access in a high-performing academic medical system, the full-time Senior Access Associate will manage patient intake, registration, scheduling, and financial clearance functions, with the potential for remote work after 6 months of training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with high accuracy
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling across various specialty and primary care services
• Communicate with patients and families to provide clear guidance on processes and next steps

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required, or fully cross-trained Access Associate covering multiple specialties
• No specific licensure required
