Senior Accessibility Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accessibility Specialist (Developer/Designer).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business, product, and technical partners
• Run automated scans and manual assessments to identify accessibility issues and provide solutions
• Define, create, and curate training materials to promote accessibility best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2, ARIA, and ACRs/VPATs
• Expertise with screen readers and assistive technologies, as well as automated testing tools
• 7-10 years of experience with accessibility standards and assessing digital materials
• 7-10 years of experience in developing and designing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to work
