Senior Accessibility UX Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Accessibility UX Designer will focus on UX research, user-centered design, and accessibility-first design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital standards across enterprise initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to support accessibility and user journey mapping
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate research findings and implement data-driven design recommendations
Required qualifications
- Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements and accessibility auditing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with UX research methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user journey mapping
- High School Diploma or equivalent; formal education in Human Computer Interaction preferred
- Strong ability to communicate design insights and usability standards to technical teams and stakeholders
