Senior Accommodation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Consultant to support disability leave services and manage complex accommodation cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the highest escalation point for case management and stakeholder consulting
• Manage executive and non-executive escalation responses and support new hire nesting and coaching
• Provide consultation on accommodation matters and advocate for the accommodations process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in managing confidential and sensitive employee information
• Experience in conducting investigative work and developing policies
• Ability to navigate complex case discussions and maintain strict confidentiality
