Job Summary

Senior Accommodation Consultant, a full-time role responsible for managing workplace accommodations under the ADA and related legislation, evaluating needs, and coordinating with employees and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations
  • Review medical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to assess accommodation needs
  • Provide end-to-end case management for accommodation requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, Disability Studies, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, disability case management, or a related field preferred
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with digital tools and ability to navigate multiple platforms
  • Experience in educating employees and managers on ADA rights and responsibilities
