Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Associate, Renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle to maximize retention rates and mitigate churn risk
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during the renewals cycle and educate customers on product benefits
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline by logging sales and renewal activities, customer data, and status within internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, software renewals, or customer success with enterprise customers
  • Experience managing an end-to-end sales cycle and handling objections at the C-suite level
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian product suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience working with channel partners and resellers
  • Interest in agile ways of working, project management, and IT service management
