Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Development Representative (ADR).
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Own account-based prospecting activities and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers
- Generate prospecting campaigns, manage inbound leads, and provide proactive sales development coverage
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology
- Demonstrated sales hunter mentality with ability to engage with management and technical professionals
- Expertise in prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification
- Proficiency with marketing and sales technologies such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and adaptability to changing environments
