Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for key accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals
  • Identify and pursue upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in client account management, fundraising strategy, digital marketing, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, securing renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring high-performing teams
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple client accounts
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and ensuring revenue targets are met
