Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Director to oversee experiential and live event programs while leading internal account teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead across assigned experiential and live event accounts
- Oversee the end-to-end experiential process from concept development through execution and wrap-up
- Manage, mentor, and develop Account Managers, Account Executives, and junior team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experiential marketing or live events experience in an agency client services role
- Proven success leading complex experiential programs from concept through activation
- Strong background in alcohol/spirits-based experiential marketing preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and activations simultaneously
- Strong budget development and financial management experience
