Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client partnerships by delivering insights and recommendations aligned with client goals
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and high-impact presentations
- Drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and building relationships within enterprise brands
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience, preferably with enterprise clients
- Proven success in managing and growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Experience in analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems
