Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director for the Local Experience (LX) Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic client partnerships by delivering insights and recommendations aligned with client goals
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and high-impact presentations
  • Drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and building relationships within enterprise brands


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Proven success in managing and growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems
