Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Director, Account Management (West Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers managing group benefits plans
• Provide education and support on products and services to clients and stakeholders
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 - 7+ years of experience in relationship management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple cases or accounts simultaneously
• Travel requirement of up to 20%
