Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned accounts and mentor account team staff
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and contribute to new business development efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in science or business preferred
• Over 12 years of relevant experience, including management in a scientific setting
• Experience in a publications and/or medical communications agency environment
• Ability to quickly grasp and retain scientific and technical concepts
• Business development skills are required
