Job Summary
Driving business growth and managing high-value client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Director will lead strategic account planning, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new revenue opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic account planning and ensure delivery of customized solutions aligned with client objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operations and addressing issues
- Drive complex sales cycles from qualification to closing, including solution design and contract execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Telecom sales - Enterprise or Wholesale
- Proven track record of successful hunting and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, IP services, and the security vertical
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to drive strategic decision-making
