Job Summary
Experienced in strategic account leadership, the full-time remote Senior Account Director will manage a complex automotive account, driving creative strategy, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring measurable business impact across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the account holistically, owning client relationships and translating business objectives into strategic direction
- Drive creative strategy and performance by developing strong creative briefs and providing substantive feedback to ensure project alignment with client goals
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing directors and general managers, earning their trust through insights and creative solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency with a strong track record in account leadership and creative strategy
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive creative work from concept to presentation
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering strategic narratives to senior stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building instincts and a history of earning trust with operationally focused clients
- Ability to read and respond to media performance data to enhance creative effectiveness
