Job Summary

To support a major automotive dealership group, the full-time Senior Account Director will lead strategic account management, drive creative strategy, and build strong client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the account holistically, managing client relationships and translating business objectives into strategic direction
  • Drive creative strategy and performance by providing feedback and ensuring projects align with client goals and insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing directors and general managers, becoming a trusted partner and resource
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment with a strong track record in account leadership and creative strategy
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive creative work from concept through presentation
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to build strategic narratives for senior client stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, concurrent projects with operational discipline
  • Strong relationship-building instincts and confidence to influence decision-making without formal authority
