Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and client-focused Senior Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage flagship clients with $10M+ in annual revenue, leading the development of experiential strategies and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner for top-tier clients, building trusted relationships from initial pitch to long-term partnership
  • Lead the development of insight-driven experiential strategies that meet business objectives and set industry benchmarks
  • Drive client growth and retention while managing complex budgets and ensuring strategic cohesion across teams
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in an agency setting preferred
  • Extensive experience managing flagship accounts or portfolios valued at $10M+, with credibility among senior stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in large-scale activations and integrated campaigns across B2C, B2B, and hybrid formats
  • Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management for complex programs
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and experiential logistics, with the ability to navigate high-stakes environments
