Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Director, this full-time remote position will manage a portfolio of large enterprise customer accounts, focusing on revenue expansion, customer engagement, and account management while serving as a trusted advisor and leader in best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and engage key stakeholders
  • Set standards for service excellence through scorecard management and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Drive strategic pricing initiatives and lead RFP processes to secure long-term partnerships and expand customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
  • Deep proficiency with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred
