Job Summary
To support the growth of a strategic retail customer, the full-time Senior Account Director will manage existing accounts, generate new business leads, and deliver client-centric campaigns utilizing digital and in-store capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive growth aligned with company goals
- Generate leads and secure meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs
- Create and deliver data-driven proposals and client-centric campaigns using Neptune tools and resources
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry or advertising/sales promotion agencies
- Deep understanding of the CPG and retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and profit goals in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage industry data for tailored selling solutions
- Ability to confidently communicate and influence stakeholders
