Job Summary

Leading integrated marketing and branding engagements for a portfolio of higher education clients, the full-time Senior Account Director will serve as the primary strategic partner, ensuring delivery excellence and driving account growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build strong client relationships and anticipate future needs through regular account planning conversations
  • Develop client briefs and lead project kickoffs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals
  • Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines, while achieving quarterly and annual growth targets across assigned accounts
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in client-facing roles at a marketing or communications agency, preferably in higher education
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, brand strategy, and digital marketing principles
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and navigate engagement challenges
  • Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; HubSpot experience is a plus
