Senior Account Director

Job Summary

Leading a multi-site, mission-critical data center portfolio, the full-time Senior Account Director will manage client relationships, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior executive leader for the data center portfolio, developing trusted relationships with client executives and aligning service delivery strategies with business objectives
• Provide strategic oversight of critical facility operations, ensuring adherence to uptime, reliability, and business continuity requirements
• Maintain accountability for financial performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, and contract compliance while managing vendor relationships and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 12-15 years of leadership experience in facilities management or data center operations
• Experience managing complex P&Ls and large service contracts for multi-site client portfolios
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams of 150+ employees
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Facility Management services and critical systems supporting data centers
