Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Director, Business Development in Medical Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrates RFP strategy calls, develops client proposals, prepares presentations, and negotiates contracts
- Makes cold calls and client visits while maintaining sales database and activity reports
- Ensures client satisfaction through periodic contact and addresses client requests and dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Direct sales experience in the CRO space is essential
- Scientific, sales, and/or marketing background in the pharmaceutical/biotech area
- Proven track record of developing mid- and high-level business contacts
