Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director, Business Development in Medical Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrates RFP strategy calls, develops client proposals, prepares presentations, and negotiates contracts
  • Makes cold calls and client visits while maintaining sales database and activity reports
  • Ensures client satisfaction through periodic contact and addresses client requests and dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Direct sales experience in the CRO space is essential
  • Scientific, sales, and/or marketing background in the pharmaceutical/biotech area
  • Proven track record of developing mid- and high-level business contacts
