Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director - Fundraising and Direct Mail.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, pitch, and execution of integrated fundraising programs to drive donor acquisition and retention
Manage client portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities and supporting pipeline development
Direct campaign budgets with accountability for revenue growth and optimize client outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct mail, fundraising, and selling to nonprofits
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/AI-driven platforms
Experience with Innsight CRM or Squark AI is a plus
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
